One of my customers wants the following data strongly.
Please tell me about the following devices.
・ADC161S626CIMME/NOPB
Could you please tell the amount of characteristic change due to aging if you have.

Hello,
We do not have long term drift data. However, max drift over 10years at 25C will be approximately equal to the max specification.
As an example, Positive Full-Scale Error for the ADC161S626 is +/-0.03%. The Long term drift after 10years at 25C will add another 0.03% to the spec. At the end of 10years and 25C, you would see a worst case Positive Full-Scale Error of +/-0.06%.
Please refer to the attached Long-Term Stability presentation for more details.
