I'm doing a project using a raspberry pi to do a data capture and an ads1299 card from the kit.

I would like to know the registrar's address where I read channel information.

    Do you mean how to read the register settings for a given channel?
    Please see section 9.6 Register Maps of the ADS1299 datasheet.

    Or do you mean how to read data from a channel?
    Please see section 9.5 Programming of the ADS1299 datasheet.
