Hi Hirokazu-san,

Thank you for your query. The short-circuit current is not tested at production for this device. Hence, we won't be able to provide a correct value for maximum limit. But for system design, you can consider +/- 50% of this value. This is not a precision parameter. Hence, we usually see a large variance.

Hi Hirokazu-san,

Unfortunately I could not get any char data for this device as it is a very old part. I would recommend considering the max value as 1.5 times the typical.
