ADS5277: ADC charateristic missing in datasheet

Hello,

the datasheet of ADC322X, ADC344x, ADS5277... doesn't have the INL and DNL characteristic? could you tell me please where can I find it?

INL and DNL is given in the ADS5277 and ADC344x (14-bit) datasheets. For the ADC322x (12-bit) family, you can divide the INL number of ADC344x by 4 and use it.
