Although it is described as 「–0.3 to +VDD + 0.3」, VDD is Which of AVDD or IOVDD is indicated?

    Welcome to E2E and thank you for pointing out the typos in the datasheet. Please find below the correct information:

    Digital input voltage to GND: -0.3V to (IOVDD+0.3V)
    VOUT to GND: -0.3V to (AVDD+0.3V)
    VREF to GND: -0.3V to (AVDD+0.3V)
