ADC16V130: SNR SFDR performance

Hi,

Customer want to use ADC16V130, but in the data sheet did not find any graphs of SNR vs Fs and SFDR vs Fs.

Please provide SNR/SFDR plot for Sampling rate =4 0 Msps & Fin = 250 MHz.
