Good afternoon, my customer is interested to understand:

Is it possible to use the DC offset corrector block "to introduce a DC offset" with a single-ended signal?

Hi John,

The offset corrector is a digital block that estimates and corrects the offset mismatch among four interleaving ADC cores for a given channel. This block works on digital output of the ADC. We can not introduce a DC offset in analog using this.
Also note that, for optimal performance, the analog inputs must be driven differentially.

Hi John
If the customer has a single ended signal and want to introduce an offset to the steady state I would recommend they use a fully differential amplifier circuit to convert from SE to Differential and introduce the offset.
The high speed amplifier team should be able to recommend the right amplifier and circuit configuration based on the signal voltage and bandwidth requirements.
