AFE5818: need equal lengths between groups and within groups？

We are using AFE5818EVM with TSW1400EVM.
You can see more detail information from the TI website links:

for question 1:
FCLK _P,FCLK _N and DCLK_P, DCLK_N, DOUT0~DOUT16 need equal lengths.
(but CLKIN is not included in above.)
the CLKINP, CLKINM and TX_TRIG trace lengths needed to be matched.
for question 2:
on TSW1400EVM bank 2.5V is used for LVDS.

Thanks for your advice. I also have some other question.

Since AFE5818 requires a single input signal, and the RF board is a differential signal, could you recommend a chip that Differential to single chip, if signal bandwidth of 3M, and multi-channel, difference of 14 pairs, low power consumption.
