Hi,
Either i found a mistake in the datasheet, or i have something wrong in my system, but all is leading me to believe there is a mistake in the datasheet.
The datasheet states that the registers 0x3F and 0x40 respectivement mean:
0x3F: Test pattern bits [11:4]
0x40: Test pattern bits [3:0] and 4 unused bits [0 0 0 0]
While it seems like it should be:
0x3F: 2 unused bits [0 0] + Test pattern bits [11:6]
0x40: Test pattern bits [5:0] and 2 unused bits [0 0]
Please let me know if you agree with me?
