thanks, by the way, we used MAXIM MAX1233 before, the signal of row and column is better when key is pressed. we change to use TSC2200I because MAX1233 is end of life.

Thank you for the additional information. We are still not sure what's causing these issues and as we mentioned these devices have a very limited support model.
