TLV1548: How to measure the offset and gain error

I have a 14bit DAC connect to the TLV1548 ADC with MCU to capture the output of the ADC and control the input of the DAC. I'm trying to measure the offset error and gain error. I read many different article talking about the offset error and gain error, but none of them explain practically in detail steps how to measure them. Consider the FS is 5.5V.
