Hello,

I'm using the HSDC Pro software and I have to pass the output/acquired binary data to MATLAB for processing. I'm looking through the HSDC Pro Software documentation and I'm not seeing any indication of the format of the output acquired data file. I was wondering if someone will pass me the binary output file format definition or preferably a MATLAB code snippit so I know how to read the file? I'm using the software with the ADC32RF45EVM and TSW14J56EVM board.

Hi Dan,

Thanks for sending. Do you know if the ADC3444EVM and ADC32RF45EVM have the same data format? I copied the code from the link above and I'm still not getting an accurate representation of the data.

Problem solved. The ADC32RF45EVM has 2 channels instead of 4, so the code is as follows:

fid = fopen('filename.bin','r');
N=14;
X = fread(fid,'int16');
fclose(fid);
X = X-2^(N-1);
X = X./2^(N-1);

ch1 = X(1:2:end);
ch2 = X(2:2:end);
