I have something I would like to confirm in DDC11xEVM-PDK.

I can not download "DDC11XEVM-PDK Plugin Installation" of DDC11xEVM-PDK Performance Demonstration Kit.

Is it possible to get the software directly?
I have a request from a customer and I am in a hurry.

Thank you for your support before.

The customer got the software and installed it.
But, it was reported that the evaluation board and the USB driver did not communicate properly.
Is it having problems with your PC version and driver?
In the application note for " DDC11xEVM-PDK User's Guide (Rev. A) ", it has been stated that the operation has been confirmed on Windows XP.
The customer's OS version is under confirmation, is it related?

Hello Ishiwata,

The GUI has been tested on my Windows 10 64-bit OS laptop and I did not get any issues.
Can you please provide the snapshots of the Device Manager enumerating this device and also the error messages that pop up (if any) during the driver installation?

It is a snapshot from the customer.
Since it was Japanese, it was converted to English.

Hello Ishiwata-san,

The error seems like the USB driver issue.

Here is the link for the 32-bit and 64-bit DDC drivers.

/cfs-file/__key/communityserver-discussions-components-files/73/1731.DDC-Drivers.zip

Install the 64-bit driver batch file (driver_install_x64.bat) on the Windows 10 64-bit OS.

Let me know if the issue still persists.

The DDC_Driver file has been installed.

However, the following error is displayed:
Do you know the cause of this? Is there a cause for EVM?
