ADCPRO: ADCPRO doesnt show ADS1278EVM plugin or any plugin

Hi,

I have just installed ADCPRO directly (I couldnt find ADCPRO luncher).

I selected to install plugins but there is no plugin in the EVM menu.

I found that there is a zip file the ADCPro folder adcpro_v2.zip it sis protected by password but I can see the name of files

inside it. There is another zip file in it at plugins/evm/ads1258evm source.zip that seems contains the plugin for ADS1278EVM.

Anyone knows how I can up and running ADS1278EVM on ADCPro?

Hello Mostafa,

The software plug-in's for the different EVM's are located on each EVM product page. For the ADS1278EVM, you need to download the ADS1278EVM-PDK-SW package.

Hi Keith,

I had checked above link before, its realy strange that I cant see your figure even after clicking on

Order Now button, there is nothing under order now. it is like bellow figure:

Hi Mostafa,

You do not need to click the 'Order Now' link. The link to download the software is not on that page; it is just used to order the physical hardware, not to download software.

I agree, it is very strange that the links did not show up. You may try navigating to the ADS1278EVM-PDK page using a different browser (Chrome, Internet Explorer). You should be able to scroll down the page and find the link if the page loaded correctly.

Also, the below link should directly take you to the download page; you do need a myTI account to get the software.
