We are evaluating AFE4410 for SPO2 Application. As per PPG Performance specification, Receiver-only Noise when Receiver inputs are open (RF-500K, CF-7.5pF) is 40uV (Page 7, electrical specification).
Is this the system noise which will get added when the photo diode is connected to input? For example, if the noise introduced is 20uV when the system is active (ie. Photo diode inputs are connected), resultant noise is additional of system noise(40uV) + 20uV - 60uV?
Or the Receiver only noise varies based on photo diode?
In general, what are the noise performance characteristics needs to be considered for the Receiver circuit design?
