ADS8588HIPM Get stuck and gives zero volt at the output.

Part Number: ADS8588H

The ADC Chip is getting stuck, giving zero Volt reading at the output. But when I reset its power again and again, it starts working normal. The working ration is 1/10. I am using SPI interface.

Mind you Oversampling pins are floating. Should i connect it with AGND or DGND.

Analog and Digtial Gnd are already common at one point.

  • Hi Awais,
The OSR pins should not be a matter but I would suggest you to connect these OSR pins to ground if you do not need OSR.
A clean and solid ground is required, you can send your schematic and layout with an email.

    Thanks&regards
