ADC with CDS for use with a CCD sensor

I am looking for an ADC (16-bit) that is able to interface with a CCD image sensor. The sensor output a 250kHz signal that requires a CDS circuit. I guess I could use a separate CDS circuit (would prefer an IC) and an ADC if that was required. Presently I have been using the AD9826 but have found that the noise level is too high (I am getting about 6 ADU of noise and require around 1 ADU). Thanks Jon

LM98714 is a 16bit, 45MSPS analog front end with integrated CCD/CIS timing generator.
