ADS131A02: Negative charge pump implicatications

Hi, I have a question about the negative charge pump. Are any change in noise/ENOB specification if the charge pump is on?. When the charge pump is on, are the only two changes current consumption and analog voltage input range?

    I'm not aware of any differences in performance of the device with and without the use of the negative charge pump. I'll need to look into it a bit, but I should be able to get back to you soon.

    I talked to someone who had done some evaluation of the device with the negative charge pump. Using the charge pump is similar to any operation with the analog supply at 5V, which is where I think most of the electrical characteristics table and typical characteristics graphs are shown.

    In general, the specifications and performance improve as the supply is lowered to 3.3 and the CLKIN rate is lowered.
