Linux/TSC2013-Q1: CFR 2 value is not the same as written .

The TSC2013 should not change the contents of its internal registers without intervention. The default register value is 0x0000 so the fact that you're reading some 1's suggests you're successfully writing to the CFR2 register. Can you confirm if this is happening with any other registers that you're writing to?

Yes I am writing the register and reading them back to verify .

I am writing "0xA38C" in CFR0 register but when I am reading CFR0 value is "0x4CA3" . So even this does not seems to work .

In case of CFR1 register , I am writing "0x0000" and value read is same "0x0000" .

Do I need to send some control byte before writing to the registers ? or do you suspect any problem with the hardware or connection ?

Thanks for the help Collin . this is resolved . Problem was byte swap in one of the write command , processor was sending .
