Hi Gobinath,

The ADS1232 requires a low impedance connection between the AGND and DGND of the ADS1232. One way of accomplishing this is to connect the grounds together at or very close to the ADS1232. In most cases the preferred method is to use a single solid ground plane. I would suggest reviewing the following information:
