Has the ADS1015-Q1 been verified working on the all operate junction temperature and all Supply voltage?
They don't require guarantee, however they would like to confirm if it has been verified.

If you look through the characteristic curves you can see many curves were measured from -40C to 140C at 2V and 5V. Below is a typical example. So, yes, key parameters and functionality were tested and high and low supply across the temperature range.
