ADC128S102: Shutdown mode supply current measurement issue

Part Number: ADC128S102

Hi Team,

In progress of testing the ADC128S102 device we faced issue with shutdown mode supply current measurement.

Below shown test conditions were followed.

VA= 5V

VD= 5V

IN0-IN7= 0V

CS= 5V

SCLK= 0V/5V

DIN= 0V

DOUT= diconnected/high impedance state.

Measured IDD current were in negative. since Fsclk clock is 0. we used PPMU instrument for sourcing voltage instead of running any pattern.

Please find the attached datalog for your reference.

Please help us with test procedure to be followed for measuring shutdown mode supply current.

Thanks,

Sunitha

Thanks & Regards,

  • Hello,
    Unfortunately the image of the data log did not upload correctly, and is not visible.
    Would you please try again to upload?

    With currents this small, if your device is not calibrated or cannot reach such level of resolution, then you could see errors in measurements.
