If you looks within the BIOFAQ page, you will see a link labeled: "Where can I find the source code for the ADS1293EVM?".

e2e.ti.com/.../2855309

This is the only available code for the ADS1293. As stated on that page: Please note that TI provides this source code "as-is" and any changes are not supported. Also, keep in mind that this source code is optimized for our evaluation platforms and may not be well suited for your application.
