DAC7724: Question about output side information

Please let me know about two points below for DAC7724's output side;

①Internal equivalent circuit for DAC output side, and these resistor/capacitor value.

②Is DAC7724 have output current limiter? (or protector?)

Hi Satoshi-san,

Thank you for your query. The output circuit of DAC7724 will be the same as that of an op amp. There is a short circuit current limit of +/- 20mA as specified in the electrical characteristics table. I couldn't completely understand which resistor/capacitor you are pointing to.

Customer have additional question about datasheet page-12, Figure 1.

Please let me know about internal resistor value for Rf and R (and 2R).

Hi Satoshi-san,

As this is an old part, I don't have exact data for this. However, the ballpark value will be around 5k for both R and Rf.
