Part Number: LM98640QML-SP

Hello,

I am interested in knowing the package material of this device - the datasheet lists it is ceramic. We are interested in the specific material in order to determine the coefficient of thermal expansion.

Additionally, the lead finish material is listed as NiAu - what is the base material?

    Fiorella,

    The ceramic (alumina) package has a CTE of 7.2ppm/K

    General specification:  Leads are Kovar with 50µ-in to 350 µ-in Ni-plate.  On top of the Ni-plate is 60 µ-in to 225µ-in of electrolytic Au-plate.
