Please use the IBIS model for the ADC12D1600QML-SP available here:

http://www.ti.com/product/ADC12D1600QML-SP/toolssoftware

Both devices use the same silicon die, the key difference is the ADC12D1620QML-SP package substrate was redesigned to provide better dynamic device performance, especially at higher input frequencies. Those changes do not significantly impact the digital I/O.
