Our customer is looking for the IBIS model for LM98640QML-SP. Do we have a model for this part?

If we don't have one, can you provide us with an alternative model or an equivalent circuit that our customer can use?

Hi,

Unfortunately, we cannot create an IBIS model for the LM98640QML-SP due to resource limitations. However, a previous E2E post addresses the same issue and provides comparable devices that could be used for modelling purposes.
