Hi Sir

The I2C will go through Isolators & Level Shifter, then into CPU.

For our circuit, application is 24V divided into VIN

Need to adjust the resistance part?

Is Address should be 1010100 ?

Is there need other note in the circuit?

Hello,

With this combination, the Vin is 2.18V, which is within the input range. If this voltage is adequate for your application, then the voltage divider looks fine.

It seems you are using ADC081C021 SOT-06, the address you listed is correct for this part.

Your schematic looks good.
