ADS7953EVM-PDK: Does ADS7953SBDBT have the pure CMOS process?

I use ADS7953SBDBT in my circuit of my master's research. 

So I use ADS7953EVM-PDK for evaluating the ADS7953SBDBT.

I have one question, does this element (ADS7953SBDBT) have pure CMOS process?

I research the radiation tolerance of my circuit, so it is very important information.
