I found the schematics and design files for this board on a different page: ADC32RF45EVM https://www.ti.com/tool/adc32rf45evm?jktype=tools_software

The pinout does not look compatible with Xilinx's ZC702 development board.

The ZC102 development board is compatible. https://www.xilinx.com/products/boards-and-kits/ek-u1-zcu102-g.html
