ADS8363: 18-bit resolution for ADC product

Hi there:

We'd like to find an solution with 18-bit SAR ADC (4XADC), 1MSPS criteria.

The most closest us ADS8363, but it only has 16-bit.

Do we have 18-bit one? or other suggestion?

The ADS5263 can output all 18-bit in the "18× serialization mode" and meet the 1msps criteria.

Can you confirm if you need 1MSPS from all 4 channels in parallel or if you need a 1MSPS sampling rate divided by the four channels?

ADS8594 has 4ADCs in parallel @ 500kSPS

ADS8694 has 4ADCs MUX'ed @ 500kSPS

ADS9224R is 2ADCs @3MSPS and you could use two of these devices.
