I saw ADS1261 have conversion latency table 

May I know how to calculate conversion latency time of ADS131A04 ?

    Kai,

    You're referring to the Conversion Latency table shown in the ADS1261 datasheet on page 44.

    For the ADS131A04, we don't have such a table. However with the sinc3 digital filter, the latency for fully settled data is significantly longer. The sinc3 filter works as a three conversion moving average of the ADC output.

    Additionally, the ADS131A04 has a data buffer that holds the conversion data for one data period, which adds on one more period for latency.

    The equivalent ADC latency would be about 4 data conversion periods.
