    Hi,

    INL (or integral non-linearity) is a specification in the TLA2024 that is not guaranteed. We list this as typically 1LSB (although I would guess that the INL is better than this). You can find this in the datasheet in the Electrical Characteristics table:

    If there is a need for a minimum/maximum specification, there are other similar devices available. I would start with the ADS1015 as a similar device.
