ADS1675REF: How to retrieve the S/N of daughter card on the ADS1675REF In order to run the ADCPRO tool on windows 10

Hi Team,

Our customer bought a ADS1675REF eval board but he cannot use ADCPRO tool because the board plugin ADS1675REF-SW-installer.exe does not install properly on windows10.

We already refer the customer to this link for possible solution:

The problem now is the customer cannot find the S/N.

Can you share how can the customer retrieve the S/N of daughter card (manufactured by OPAL KELLY) on the ADS1675REF In order to run the ADCPRO tool on windows 10.

Note: The customer already contacted Opal Kelly support about this matter and they informed the customer to contact us for the instruction on how to get our software to display the S/N.

Maybe I can share other details offline if you need more information.

Hi Jonathan,

Our ADCPro installation files have been updated for Windows 10. The current issue with the ADS1675REF is that the Opal Kelly Front Panel driver is still an older version. Let me see if I can get that for you.

If you click the "Help" button on the About tab of the ADCPro plug-in for the ADS1675, this should create a blank email, addressed to the Opal Kelly support staff, that has the information on the board S/N and then you can type in your request/questions. This is potentially a 'chicken and egg' scenario (which comes first, can't get one without the other), so we'll see what we can do to update the installer with the latest Front Panel Driver.
