Hello Mark,

The ESD rating is shown in the datasheet.

It is 8000V HBM.

I apologize for not emphasizing, Do we have the CDM Value for this device? In the datasheet the only available value is the HBM.

We do not have CDM data for this part.

CDM was not required by military specifications so most of our older space grade will only have HBM limits.
