I am working with this part ADC14X250RHBR, I would like to know if date code is visible in the marking of the component, or if there is a way to match/identify some of the marking with the lot or the date code.

Yes, there is a date code marking on the device. I do not specifically have the "decoder ring" but you can use the markings to generally determine if the parts are from the same or different lots.
