ADS5400: Differences between revision B and revision C of the ADS5400

The ADS5400 datasheet shows change from B to C, but it's too abstract. Is there any change detail

The chip printed as 02A1PLTG4 does not work.This batch number is 2010

Specifically, the signal didn't flip and the chip didn't work properly

Can you please provide further clarification into what "the signal didn't flip" means? Do you have this part designed into your system currently, and this lot is seemingly not working?
