We have a prototype build of a number of boards with ADS52J90 ADC's running in JESD204B mode and we are finding some correlation between the bit error rate performance of the data link and the batch code on the ADS52J90 IC.
Parts with the designation 84CKZQW seem to perform correctly where parts 6BAPOCW have much degraded data link performance (verified on an IBERT test, scope and functional performance).
Could you please advise if there is any performance difference expected between these batches of IC?
