AMC1306M05: when current is zero, sampling result vary with high-side and low-side switch on/off

Hi,

my customer use amc1306 to do phase current sensing in motor drive project as below:

and the schematics is same as datasheet.

but they found when current is zero, switch on the high-side and low-side  IGBT, the sampling result will change as below:

the "1, 3,5,7,9" is when low-side IGBT is on while "2,4,6,8" is when low-side IGBT is off.

Could you please tell me, what's the problem? thanks!

    Not quite sure what the picture you've attached is depicting - it the the plotted conversion results from the modulator?  Under normal operating conditions, do you see similar ripple content?  How is the digital filter constructed in this AMC1306 application?
