In the following state circled in RED, with what PLL VCO value should customers use first?
Should customers use bit[14:8] = 0000000b first and then increment it by 1b till meets conditions circled in GREEN?
Or Should customer use bit[14:8] = 1111111b first and then decrement it by 1b till meets conditions circled in GREEN?
