I want to use VITA 57.4 FMC+ Connector for my project which has 3 ADCs (ADC12DJ3200 of TI) and 3 DACs (DAC38RF80 of TI) using JESD204B interface. What will be the pin-outs of FMC+ VITA 57.4 Connector so that maximum pins can follow the standard.

Hi Paras,

My recommendation is to look at the schematic of the ADC12DJ3200EVM (located in the design package), and assign (clocks, data, FPGA signals, etc...) accordingly.

Additionally, there is TI reference design that utilizes two ADC12DJ3200 ICs in one design. The FMC pinout can be seen on the schematic here.
