i am starting with programming the SPI interface with ADS131A02 but i can't found a code example on ti's website.

I'm going to refer you to the following post:

This post refers to a TI Design for the ADS131A04, which is a four channel version of the two channel ADS131A02. While they won't be exactly the same, you should be able to read through the code to get an example of how the ADS131A02 works.

Update: TI now has an example C code project available for the ADS131A04 which will also work for the ADS131A02:
