What's the best way to collect raw data using this EVM with a linear swept clock?
Hmmm. The TI tools are not well suited for supporting a swept clock. The TSW1400 pattern/capture card is intended to capture and export data from the ADC operating at a fixed sampling clock. You could simulate a (quantum) swept clock by completing one capture, adjusting the clock, and then executing subsequent captures. You could also trigger a swept signal generator for the clock and simultaneous trigger the TSW1400 capture and then you would get one swept curve up until the memory (~500Msamples) filled up. I am not sure if that will be able to capture enough of the ramp for your purposes.
