Hello Kami,
You can connect 4 ADS127L01 devices together provided the clock oscillator can drive the total load capacitance.
The input leakage current for both CLK and START pins is +/-10uA. The main load presented by the CLK pin will be the input capacitance, which the IBIS model shows about 1.5pF worst case. Most clock oscillators are specified from 15pF to 50pF of total load capacitance.
4 ADS127L01 clock inputs will total about 6pF of capacitance, plus any external board capacitance, which can be around 1pF/cm or higher depending on the board design.
