ADC12DJ3200: Single Ended DC coupled input

I am interested in using the ADC12DJ3200 in the DC coupled configuration. However, my signal is single ended. Would it be possible to send the signal into only one of the two differential inputs, with the other input terminated? Would noise figure or distortion increase?
