Yesterday Praveen Aroul provided me with configuration files for 8 channel between ADS52J90EVM and TSW14J56EVM on JESD interface: https://e2e.ti.com/support/data-converters/f/73/t/826737#pi320995=2. But I got this kind of results. Could you please try these configration files on your boards? Maybe cfg files are correct, but me is missing something?
