AFE4410EVM: Configuration Settings

We are using the the AFE4410EVM to collect data using customized sampling parameters based on a TI Timing Calculator worksheet, and the data we are getting is very poor (essentially just noise.) Can you help review our configuration and help us understand why our data quality is so poor?
