ADS8689: Power sequence Requiements

Hello,

I wanted to know what the power sequencing requirements are for the ADS8689 as the sequencing is not called out in the datasheet.

Also, is there an operating condition where power is applied to DVDD but not AVDD and can this cause latchup?

    Hi Adam,

    There is specific requirement of power sequencing for ADS8689, when DVDD is applied firstly and AVDD is not available, you will have to make sure that the input signal both AIN_P and AIN_GND doe not exceed the absolute maximum input ratings including voltage and current, otherwise, it may cause latch-up issue.
