Is there any way to preset default control register state without using initialization over SPI ?

Change the power up default values.

    Thanks for looking at 5263!

    Well , the power up or reset only brings the register to default zero values as datasheet shows.  you can capture data, while FPGA needs to configure the exact way, like ADC format, LVDS rate, word-wise etc.  

    if you use the TI default TSW1400 board, then GUI is required to make sure ADS EVM and TSW EVM settings are matched. without GUI SPI, ADS setting can't changed.
