Hi Team,

My customer has questions about glitch.

1. In the electrical characteristic table the power on glitch is 100mV, but the power on glitch is about 2mV shown in Figure 66. Why is the large difference?

2. What is the relation between power on glitch and AVDD slew rate, higher slew rate cause larger glitch?

Hi Vincent,

In this device, the glitch is primarily due to capacitive coupling with the AVDD supply. In the PDS we specify the 100mV typical value when the supply is ramping much faster than the plot we showed. The 100mV is for a 18V/ms ramp rate. To reduce the glitch, I recommend you have a slower ramp rate (like in the plot).
